Hello,

I have purchased this plug-in and I was very happy with the features. But come to find out that there is MANY bugs

and the developer needed to do online screenshares 3-4 times a week which I run a very busy hosting business and do not have the time. I was hoping this solution would work right away. I mean I knew it would take time to set it up

but not 40 days : 0

IT's been 40 days since I purchased this and it's still not working. We got the power off and power on buttons working finally we got the console to work than an update of the plugin came out and then made console not work again.

This system does hook into Vsphere API and does have potential but needs a lot of work yet.

I've checked the logs and all I see is errors, the developers have been in there for weeks

so my only conclusion is they can't figure it out and it doesn't work fully as advertised.

Update:

I know some members here had mentioned that Heap was not a good solution,

The newest version seems to work the best out of all the different ones I've tried out there.

For anyone who is into Vwmare and knows just how important it is for your clients to have Virtual machine management

the HEAP module is the way to go. I didn't see many reviews anywhere so I thought I'd leave one :)

You must give yourself about 12 hours tops to configure this plugin and their support answered me quite quickly as well

for the one question I had. $150 is a pretty good deal for a working VMware plugin.
