When invoice is generated a record is inserted into tblivnoiceitems for the setup fee and includes the type and a relid pointing to the record in tblhosting (when type is Hosting). The next record after the setup fee is the actual charge for the product. The entry in tblinvoiceitems shows the type as blank and the relid is 0.
