Conflicting cPanel Username

Then there are no use for WHMCS to have the option to 'Create Account' and 'Send Welcome Email', isn't it?

 

If you mean after WHMCS kick out an error that says the cPanel username is already taken, yes I agree it is preferable to manually create the username (do we have any other option besides that?).

 

What I'm saying is this: WHMCS should not send out the Welcome Mail if the account creation in WHM failed.
