philip
When approving a new order, if the cpanel username is already used, WHMCS would output an error, however the welcome mail is sent. I believe it should not send anything to customer unless the process is successful. v3.2.

philip
its more preferable to manualy proceed the setup in your whm and then send the login info to your customers Then there are no use for WHMCS to have the option to 'Create Account' and 'Send Welcome Email', isn't it? If you mean after WHMCS kick out an error that says the cPanel username is already taken, yes I agree it is preferable to manually create the username (do we have any other option besides that?). What I'm saying is this: WHMCS should not send out the Welcome Mail if the account creation in WHM failed.
