arhost Posted September 2, 2007 Share Posted September 2, 2007 Hi, When customers sign up, they pay a one time payment not recurring, which is working fine, however I would like WHMCS to have a option, when the customers RENEW their accounts and are paying monthly/annually etc… they can have a option of making a recurring payment instead of a one time payment as this would be a great option and cause less inconvenient to our customers who are paying monthly. Because there's no callback for recurring payments and because every item needs an ID. It wouldn't be possible to implement even with a custom development.
