Shazan Posted August 11, 2013 Share Posted August 11, 2013 Hello, I am experiencing a weird problem with WHMCS 5.0.8. I've setup some packages with free domains when paid yearly. I've double checked that they have the same payment method and due date, also the domain price is 0. When the customer renews the package and pays the invoice, the domain does not get updated, nor the due date, nor the expiration date and it is not autorenewed with the registrar.
