Domain Registrars Issue - Cant Configure Heart Internet

Hi

 

I took over a hosting company that used to sell domain names but stopped. I would like to do this again but when I click on Domain Registrars and try to configure Heart Internet it will not do anything. Ive tried on various PC's and browsers to see if it was them but nothing. Ive managed to activate a couple of other options but I dont want to go with them..... I was just testing.

 

Is there any way to get around this or do I have to deactivate anything?

 

Im at a loss.

PS - If I turned off Tick to show domain registration options within each product. Would this allow me remove the current set up and add my own ?

No I seem to have the same problem, I have installed the whmcs v5.2.7 full_install. yesterday.

I can not configure any of the Registrars. page drop to new window, strange, never has done this on other installs. defiantly a error within the php script. It's not you.

Will WHMCS get this fixed or will we have to wait the full 6 weeks till their next update /

Hi guys, im sure you see what i did, the domain registrars show the page without header sidebar or footer.

 

I found removing the last two modules from my installation solved the problem.

 

whmcs/modules/registrars/ If you bear with me i will get you the names of the two modules i had problems with.

 

 

The two modules:

ventraip: when this module is uploaded to the server i get the out put as described above, (now removed)

webnic: This one is different, the only thing that displays when i upload this one is the header of the page and nothing else (now removed)

You should delete all the registrar modules you dont use - same with gateways.

Hi

 

Been a busy day but otherllotech has got it spot on. I logged a job with a ticket also and they suggested I had an old corrupted registrars folder in modules.

 

They suggested I rename and then rename the folder back but this did not do anything so I renamed the folder and uploaded a new copy and hey presto it works great.

I am experiencing the same issue has the OP. It has been suggested that the OP deletes some of the registrar modules in the whmcs/modules/registrars directory. Which registrar modules should I delete? I'm only wanting to use the eNom registrar, but at present cannot as the configure button for eNom doesn't work.
