Rob K
Hi When an exisiting client adds a new hosting package WHMCS complains that the client already exists and fails to create the new domain hosting package. Any ideas on how to fix this? Plesk 8.2 for Windows Thanks Rob
bebop1065
Even though they may already be an existing customer is it possible that they weren't logged in and were signing up as a new customer?
Rob K
Nope thats not it. Just tried ordering as the client and despite being logged in it still assumes you are a new customer until the radio button 'I am an exisitng customer...." has been selected. When I try va the admin panel I get this: Server Command Error 1007 - Unable to set "pname" argument's value ("Fred Bloggs"): Client with name Fred Bloggs already exists.

lanquest
See this topic: http://www.whmcs.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6122 Matt We have recently upgraded to Plesk v8.6 and have the same issue here also. The link you provided no longer exists. Could you please help as to what is causing this issue.
bpr
I encountered the same issue when there was a problem creating a new hosting account in Plesk, so that the process only partially completed. The solution was to go into Plesk and remove the client (first checking to make sure it was the new one with no products associated with it), fix the initial problem creating the new hosting account, then resubmit the order.
