I already add server ip in security-> API IP Access Restriction box and also have admin that right to access API. But still facing authorization error. altomarketing Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 i had the same issue, if you upgraded whmcs, remove your ip from api and admin (privileges), recreate them, and it worked for us.
