about the api "addorder"

As I know,there's 3 types of domain when add a new order

 

1.Register a new domain

 

2.Transfer a domain

 

3.Set DNS by myself

 

But , in the api of Addorder there's only 2 "domaintype","register" and "transfer"

then how could I add a order by api with the domain which is the 3rd type?

By the way,in the "paymentmethod"

 

Is "authorize" means that the new order can be added without pay?

Hi,

Actually, there are 3 types: 2 specified in the API: register and transfer. the third is not to set a value for 'domaintype', it will just add the domain to the specified client, it is literally found in shopping cart: I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain.

Later you can change Name Servers.

 

As for payment method, it expects one of the system Gateways. And yes you can addorder without paying first, it will generate invoice that you can Add Invoice Payment for later, and Accept Order to register domains and activate service.
