leemason Posted July 3, 2013 Share Posted July 3, 2013 ive just been notified by a client that last night they recieved 6 copies of an email i have setup in the email marketer. the marketer email is setup as product and i have all my products selected "except" 1 particular product. the email is about this one product so i have it setup so it doesnt email people who already have it. nothing unusual in the settings, but he got the same email 6 times at the same time of day (when my cron ran). this sounds like the client is being flagged for the email in multiple cases, but the marketer is not recognising the email has already been sent. theres nothing i can do about this my end so can whmcs look at the code and make sure there is a check to see if the client has already had this email. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
