E-mail ticket piping help

I have got my settings in place to pipe my ticket e-mails from our google domain. POP 3 and IMAP are enabled, the server configurations are done. The settings are in place in G-mail. I sent a few test e-mails and had G-Mails set to make as read when the POP3 access it. The e-mail gets marked as read, however WHMCS does not bring them in to the tickets anywhere. Any thoughts?
