mdalpra Posted June 27, 2013 Share Posted June 27, 2013 Hello, I have got my settings in place to pipe my ticket e-mails from our google domain. POP 3 and IMAP are enabled, the server configurations are done. The settings are in place in G-mail. I sent a few test e-mails and had G-Mails set to make as read when the POP3 access it. The e-mail gets marked as read, however WHMCS does not bring them in to the tickets anywhere. Any thoughts? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mdalpra Posted June 27, 2013 Author Share Posted June 27, 2013 I figured out the problem. I was sending the test tickets from my e-mail assigned as an admin e-mail.
