mobiusnz Posted June 27, 2013 Share Posted June 27, 2013 Hi, I'm getting WHMCS setup as our main ticketing system, and one thing I need to be able to do is automatically create a contact when a customer emails our ticket queue address. For instance, when a user bob@customerA.com emails in, the system needs to find who has customerA.com and link "Bob" to that support account. Any ideas how I would go about this?
