generic Posted August 29, 2007 Share Posted August 29, 2007 if a customer fails to select a package (ckick a radio button) and clicks continue, the one page order form just hangs with a progress bar, it does not throw any errors. generic Posted August 30, 2007 Author Share Posted August 30, 2007 yes, you can still select the package during the hang, and then it works properly, im just thinking it would be nice to have it show an error message so the clients who cant figure it out can continue. One issue with me is i only have one package, so clicking the radio button is not that obvious, i guess i can go in and change the cod to show selected for packages since i only have one, that way it would work. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
