CURL Error

Recommended Posts

My WHMCS system suddenly stopped working this morning:

Got the following:

LICENSE noconnection

WHMCS has not been able to verify your license for the past 6 days or more.

Before you can access your WHMCS Admin Area again your license needs to be verified.

Please email licensing@whmcs.com as soon as possible.

My license is valid but WHMCS Support have been unable to help me resolve this - citing an issue with Curl on my server.

Latest curl and latest php 5.2.3 have been recompiled. Curl works for from command line and from ssh.

But I still get the same error!

WHMCS Support has directed me to this link:

shed49.com/billing/whmcs/curltest.php?showdata=true"

which gives:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">

<HTML><HEAD>

<TITLE>404 Not Found</TITLE>

</HEAD><BODY>

<H1>Not Found</H1>

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found

error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

</BODY></HTML>

Server support have given up saying that the issue is with WHMCS - WHMCS tell me the issue is definitely with our server... so basically were screwed... any help would be Very Much Appreciated

Thanks in advance,

Terry
