Hello,

 

We'd like to import stuff from an existing MB setup but we'd also like to setup new packages and a few other things. Can we get all the "new" stuff setup and then (after we close out the current month on the old system) import clients, servers, packages etc. from MB?

Hi there,

 

No, you need to run the import before you begin using WHMCS - as otherwise you will get problems with duplicate invoice numbers if you already have invoices in WHMCS and then import from MB.

I'm sorry, I was not clear.

 

- We want to do the initial config of WHMCS

- We want to add new product (won't be live just the product / order form setup)

- We want to do our theme design

 

Then we want to import the MB data.

 

The system will not be live / taking orders until we convert, we just would like to stage in new product etc.
