TommyK
There is an old post in their user voice that has quite a few votes already, but lets push it even further. Let's all make them understand we want this. For you who don't know about Zopim, it's a free live chat that is both easy to install and use. You can either chat from your iphone/ipad app, the html 5 web client or with your skype or gtalk account. There are also paid packages which gives a bunch of nice features. Go vote and also add a comment with your wanted integration features; http://zopim.uservoice.com/forums/19490-general/suggestions/2358423-integration-with-whmcs If you already have voted, do it again! And then again, and again until the integration is done.
Alex - Arvixe
I wouldn't go by saying its free, their free package is pretty much unusable .
malfunction
There's already this http://www.whmcs.com/addons/live-chat-visitor-tracking/ which makes them money. Yours doesn't, so you can pretty much guarantee it won't be happening
TommyK
I wouldn't go by saying its free, their free package is pretty much unusable . Unusable is strong. They have upped the feature set for the free account somewhat (SSL-support, etc) and if you only need one agent it's probably enough for many users. The paid is still a bargain tbh. The stardevelop one is as useful as a broken hammer in comparison. There's already this http://www.whmcs.com/addons/live-chat-visitor-tracking/ which makes them money. Yours doesn't, so you can pretty much guarantee it won't be happening This request is not for whmcs putting it in, it's for making zopim do it for us. Go vote for it at ZOPIMS uservoice. Connecting to whmcs community would give zopim some business, I'm sure. GO VOTE! =)
rsearley
In all honesty though zopim is really easy to add, and modify I have it at http://www.strongnet.co.uk it has hidden chat bubble and button using my own button sets, it also has a trigger that pops up after 30 seconds to see if halp is required It also sets the visitor name and email when a user is logged in so you know whos browsing your site! Took about 2 minutes to add! Edited June 22, 2013 by rsearley

Yes, have done that too, I have the following suggestions for an even better integration; * Tamper proof (so you can be sure the people logged in is really logged in) * Messages as tickets, now it's sent as a mail with zopim as a sender * Create ticket from a conversation * Link to customer profile
