aWHMCS Network Error

Hello all,

 

I have purchased aWHMCS but can't get it working :mad:

 

After configuring the android app I keep getting the following error when testing the connection:

 

Network Error

Server-side (XML) error occurred. Please contact support.

 

I have been in contact with WHMCS and I have checked the following already:

 

URL is correct

No line breaks or spaces found in /includes/hooks/ files

API Key correct

Username/Password correct

 

After spending $35 on the app it would be great if it would work :roll: I have even tried removing the Hooks files and it still errors so I don't think it has anything to do with them.

 

Has anyone encountered this issue? I have researched it and I can only find reports of it and no fixes!

 

Any help would be appreciated. :idea:
