Server Change, CC date and CVS Missing, cards getting declined

I recently switched servers and transferred over my whmcs, everything went fine with the transfer, except I noticed that the clients Credit Card exp. date and cvs # are missing (so i guess not everything!). When I look at the clients CC info the only thing present is the last 4 digits of the CC #, the date/cvs are blank. I have a few products that have a free trial period, and after that trial period is over the CC is charged, however with the exp date and CVS # missing the CC are getting declined. Anybody know how/if I can get this information back so I can charge the CC? I know the cart is working because I manually updated cc details for a test account and successfully charged the card.

As far as I know, WHMCS doesn't store cvs/cvv numbers.

It's against merchant agreements to store a CVV number.

Yeah sorry I guess I didn't mean the CVV #, just the date, the data was missing so I was just assuming/guessing both date and CVV because I wasn't sure everything that what was missing.

 

But I did get a solution to the problem figured out, the security hash in the configuration.php file was missing, after that was corrected all the needed credit card information came back in the credit card information
