briguy25 Posted August 28, 2007 Share Posted August 28, 2007 Hi there, First, I have to say--love the system =). It has relaly helped me look professional to my clients. That said, I have a bit of a quandry: Problem: Client signed up for subscription and is being billed just fine. (I use Paypal) Desired Outcome: I would like to suspend billing the client for awhile, until they have more time to work on their project. However, I don't necessarily want to cancel the subscription at PayPal unless I really have to. Is there a way to make it so their site stays active, but they are not billed at PayPal? What happens if I enter credits for 3 or 4 months--will PayPal stop billing them? I have a feeling that I may have to cancel the subscription, but I'm hoping there is a way to get around that. PPH Posted August 28, 2007 Share Posted August 28, 2007 Sorry but the only way to stop a PP subscription is to cancel it or they cancel it. Just the way PP works.
