Nexxterra
I have 2 licenses with whmcs, I recently installed on a domain and today I went to install on domain 2 once I uploaded the files and went to the admin section I was met with a message stating that the upgrade period had expired for the domain and I needed to renew... This however is NOT the case the support is due in December. This has now locked the admin section of my site.... Until whmcs fixes at their end... Is there a workaround I can do? I have full backups and can just hit restore or in the worst case pay the 40$ and then take it up with billing... Any suggestions? Leave it to me to think owning a license would be easier!

Nexxterra
responded and then went home... My system is down and there is nothing I can do about it. just for future reference, when you do find a problem on your end and tweek or fix it and that does not solve the problem, do not just assume that coincidentally there is another unrelated problem at my end... The licensing issue was not correct at your end, what you did allowed me to download... but does not tell my server that I am a valid user, I really do not think that the final solution will be found on my server... especially as nothing has changed. Got 2 customers with orders and I cant send them through...
WHMCS Chris
Hello, While WHMCS provides 24/7 support, not all staff members work 24 hours a day - so for that I apologize. I've performed the desired request from your ticket. I recommend handling the issue through the ticket system, rather than both the ticket system and the forum.
Nexxterra
Day 2, I have no access to my admin, thankfully I get email notifications and have been able to deal with things. A server client that is sending out spam needed to be suspended, I had to look through the mysql db to get the server and match the IPs to him before to make sure I did not kill the wrong guy... I have heard basically NOTHING all day. I understand you have my money and therefore I lack the degree of importance that new clients get...
WHMCS Chris
Hello, We had actually responded twice today. However your issue has been resolved. When perform a restore, please keep in mind that you will need to restore the database in conjunction with the file system as there are specific schema changes in each version and WHMCS is designed to not work with conflicting versions.
