onebluea Posted May 29, 2013 Share Posted May 29, 2013 After this upgrade, 2 issues: When you assign a ticket to someone, they get an email, but all fields are blank. When you search for a client by company name or phone number, it shows a list of all clients. There may be more searches that do this - these are the main ones I use. WHMCS Chris Posted May 29, 2013 Share Posted May 29, 2013 Hello, I confirm this in v5.2.5 on the left admin side bar search function. To note, the intelligent search field works for these. I've opened case numbers 2668 & 2669 for this. They can be tracked at http://changelog.whmcs.com - In regards to the email, I believe that's simply an email template issue.
