[NOT A BUG] Ticket Service/Product Relation

When a client submits a ticket, the service/product the ticket relates to is not shown anywhere in the ticket or any of the tabs viewable in the admin ticket view.

This is frustrating for clients and staff when we have to ask for information they have already submitted.


Please fix this.


After looking inside the database, the related service is not even being recorded!
