AssociatedVOIP Posted May 27, 2013 Share Posted May 27, 2013 (edited) When a client submits a ticket, the service/product the ticket relates to is not shown anywhere in the ticket or any of the tabs viewable in the admin ticket view. This is frustrating for clients and staff when we have to ask for information they have already submitted. Please fix this.
