neverforget98 Posted May 25, 2013 Share Posted May 25, 2013 Hey everyone, The company that I am starting up has a policy that staff cannot look at a clients account until they can find it via the filter by entering their Security PIN and part of their name which will bring up the clients profile without having to select it from a list. I know it is impossible (or at least in my eyes) to restrict access to the Client List however what I want to do is make it so when my staff and even myself goes to the Client/Search section of my WHMCS installation, that they are immediately brought to the filter instead of the client list, or even if the client list is below the filter.
