latitude22
I want to raise my prices, but I do not want it to effect current customers, I would like them to be "grandfathered" in. Do i need to create entirely new packages and disabled the old ones? Or do I just increase the price on the package and the existing customers will remain the same? thanks
WHMCS Chris
Hello, When you increase the price of a product, it does not affect the clients currently using it.

WHMCS Chris
If in the client summary, you click to recalculate - it will update.
