And then there was one les
When disabling the system overview on an admin role the box does not disappear (V4 Template) Instead, you get an ongoing loading image. To reproduce: [5.2.5] setup > Administrator roles > edit a role > Scroll down to widgets > Disable system overview > Save and reload admin home page. I believe the correct implementation should be to remove the box entirely when the widget is not in use?
AssociatedVOIP
Confirmed, when logged in as full administrator and removing system overview widget from my own home page. On the admin home page (current template), the system overview does in fact disappear, however the "system overview banner" is also affected (items needing attention seems to be tied together with system overview widget for some reason rather than being a separate widget) and continually shows the loading image. System Information also does not get removed. Would be nice to be able to deactivate this... only let need-to-know personnel see it... WHMCS Chris
Filed as case #2670 As always, you can track these updates at http://changelog.whmcs.com To note, this is currently the intended function. However there could be a conditional rule to display the sysoverviewbanner if the user does not have permissions.
