PPH Posted August 27, 2007 Share Posted August 27, 2007 I have had little trouble working with WHMCS, but am currently unable to get it to successfully create a domain and account on a Plesk server. I have been trying to set up a domain/account using Plesk reseller server module and get a server success message from whmcs, but logging in and checking it has not been created on the server. Plesk account is 8.1 and I guess is a regular reseller account. I can create the domain and assign a domain user using the same template, but when trying with WHMCS it doesn't appear. Any ideas? Could this be a permissions based problem on the server sending back a success message while failing to create the account?
