{if $issue.clientaffected}

Recommended Posts

On the network status page there is an if statement that will change the style/text displayed depending on whether or not the issue affects the client.

The problem though, if you select option other and select network issue, it does not think the issue affects the client. By default if we open a network issue it should be under the clientaffected if statement.

This is not a bug it has always been that way because "other" is not related to any server or product specifically. You should word them in such a way as all affected clients will know it affects them.

The point of the other option is to allow for issues that do not fit neatly into any other category.
