Weird checkout error

Hi guys,

 

Getting a strange error on checkout after upgrading to latest:

 

The following errors occurred:

that's it - nothing else! Anyideas where i can start to troubleshoot this? New orders for existing clients work perfect. Happens on all orderform templates also

Solved.

 

WHMCS and Kayako by way of hook not talking nice to each other.
