swinghosting
I just upgraded to 5.2.4. When I log in to the admin, a popup tells me a 5.2.3 update is available. 1. I have a newer version than it's announcing. 2a. The popup is highly annoying; 2b. the close button is barely visible; 2c. I can't turn it off. How do I get rid of it?

Alistair
I'm not a fan of this new popup thing, but the best course of action is probably to put up with it and wait until it's fixed.
Bubka3
Go to the Check for Updates page and it should go away.
swinghosting
Go to the Check for Updates page and it should go away. Yep. That added a (nearly invisible) "Don't show again" checkbox to the popup. Thanks, Bubka!
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 25, 2013 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 25, 2013 The purpose of the popup is to be able to get news & announcements out to users as quickly as possible. It will only show up for full admin level users, and the don't show again tickbox can be used to dismiss it entirely until a further announcement is made. Right now you should be seeing a V5.2.4 notice unless you've dismissed it though. Matt

By full admin, you do mean admin that are owner accounts?
