Issue after upgrade

After an upgrade from 5.1.3 to 5.2.3 the "failed login " message has stopped on a failed login attempt.

Running on centos 6 slice and installation is not live yet so Im still learning tech support approach.

 

Any and all guidance will be appreciated.
