[UNCONFIRMED] WHMCS is not converting incoming payment to an invoice currency

We have a problem with Liberty Reserve integration: WHMCS is not converting incoming payment to an invoice currency.

 

We’re offering prices in EUR and we’re using Liberty Reserve with USD and EUR accounts.

 

When customer is paying an invoice with an amount of 100 EUR using his LR USD account, we’re getting 100 USD on our USD LR account and an 100 EUR invoice is marked as PAID.

 

It's completely incorrect, because we're getting 100 USD instead of 100 EUR.

 

Convert To For Processing to EUR has switched set on.

 

How we can fix this?

 

When we fix that is there a way to process our previous LR transactions automatically and convert USD amounts paid to EUR?

We're seeing a similar problem on our MiGS gateway... what version of WHMCS are you using? Did you just update to 5.2.3 by any chance?

We're using version: 5.1.2.

 

Do you think that update to Version: 5.2.3 will solve this issue?

we solved out issue. it turned out to be a bug in the gateway module code. its likely the same problem in yours...

1. What is your current currency rate? (EUR and USD rate? - General Settings >> Currency)

2. On Liberty Reserve Payment gateway setting, your currency conversation is set to "None" or "EUR"?

1. I don't see Currency tab in General Settings menu, but there is a menu called Currencies and exchange rates are UR € EUR 0.76167, USD 1234.56

 

2. It's set to EUR on Liberty Reserve Payment gateway setting.
