Checkout is asking for card details, but Paypal is the only option available?

Hi,

 

On my website: web-solutions.samihsoylu.co.uk. If you choose to buy a hosting package and get to the checkout page, there is a option to choose paypal as payment but why is the site asking for credit card details ? I dont want that. I dont remember enabling that option.

 

Could someone please help?
