Trouble with email importing/piping

I've spent the last few days trying to sort out email ticket importing/piping using Google apps but I just can't get it to work. I have followed the guide that you have in the documentation but it still doesn't work. I definetely have pop/imap ssl enabled on server too.

Anyway I decided to try another email solution which is atmailcloud to see if I could get that to work. These are the details of that email

Incoming Mail Server name.atmailcloud.com

Outgoing Mail Server name.atmailcloud.com

Incoming Mail Port 143

Outgoing Mail Port 25 or 587

Account Type IMAP

Use Authentication for SMTP Server Tick Yes

Username user@username.com

As you can see this is just IMAP and not POP. How can I get this to import tickets into WHMCS? I cant set up email forwarders as the emails are not created in cpanel as the email is hosted elsewhere. Any help or ideas on getting this sorted would be most welcomed.

Thanks
