You guys and try it out ur self I currently have it locked down to always pull the same client (202) 817-2097 Pin for the account 7329 Test creditcard 4242424242424242 12/03 csv 987 how it works verify the phone number is in the account client enters 4 - 6 digit pin (custom field) it will let them know if A there account is past due or any package suspsened. if any package is suspsened it auto transfers to support que. if not it go's on to check for open invoices it will allow then to make a credit card payment over the phone using stripe. It marks the invoice paid and notes the ref id from stripe on the invoice from here your crownjob will suspsened the account.
