New Enom Domain order paid but registered. Also happened with hosting today.

Today we received an order that was NOT paid for but made it to Enom for registration process successfully.

 

We also had an order for hosting again not paid for but is auto created cpanel account.

 

Our version number was on lower than the current version and have since upgraded.

 

Enom says they won't refund the order most lately, how does something like this happen? And how do I prevent it from happening again.

Hello,

 

It sounds like you've got the products to be setup as soon as the order is placed. You can alternatively set them to be created after the payment is received, or manually reviewed prior to creation.
