Hi

I`ve googled, searched this forum and tried everything, I cant get WHMCS installed.....Sigh....

I have created a website on my server using Plesk 11, renamed configuration file and installed the pre-checks during the installation is fine.

I get the following error after entering my database credentials:

Could not connect to the database - check the database connection details you entered and go back and correct them if necessary

I`ve re-re-checked database settings, disabled firewall, opened ports 3306(MYSQL) and testet with at joomla installation which works. Furthermore I´ve checked file permissions. they are set to 777 (the folders and files in the documentation))

My mysql server service is running.

But WHMCS wont install.....

I am using:

windows server 2008

Plesk control panel 11

Can anyone please help me?
