duffman Posted August 23, 2007 Share Posted August 23, 2007 Hello, I am trying to figure out if this is possible. Right now, we have 3 support departments set up in WHMCS. Sales, Technical Support and Billing. When a user opens a ticket (either on the site using the WHMCS form or via POP3 piping), we need to have separate email responses (templates) sent back based on what department they are submitting the ticket to. For example, we don't want to have the 'Sales' reply be "Thank you for contacting our support team. A support ticket has now been opened for your request. You will be notified when a response is made by email. The details of your ticket are shown below. " -> This is our standard 'Support Ticket Opened' email template text... We would like to make it a more 'sales-targeted' response. Is there a way to do this in WHMCS, or if not, can we disable outgoing 'Support Ticket Opened' email responder for the non-Support departments?
