tonymac Posted March 29, 2013 Share Posted March 29, 2013 Hi Folks, Can some one help me out im going crazy. been sitting here ll day trying to figure this out. When a client signs up for my hosting everything seems to work automatically, the cpanel is setup, they receive the welcome emails and account info emails, they can login to the temp cpanel address that is given in the email but the link for temp url just shows a error 404 page, I logged into the cpanel and installed joomla (like I have done many times myself and it all installs ok with no problem, but still can not see the webpage url they are given. I can see everything cpanel file manager so look like the files are being set up correctly just no site :-( Is there something I may have done wrong when setting up the servers etc etc, don't know what to check.
