I think the title of your emails, for that lousy $44.95 p/y support fee, is a bit out of line. I will decided when i think your support is worth it, thanks. Its not right for you to be so demanding. The support fee is not worth the price and trying to squeeze a fee out of me on demand every year is ridiculous in itself. I am a non branded owner of the software and have been for at least 4yrs or more. In that time i have used the support desk less than handful of times, for many one reason and one reason only. The support sucks! The only reason i pay the support fee is to continue to download newer updates. Thats it! It has taken WHMCS 4 or evern more days to get back to me when i have had issues which is unacceptable. So what are you doing or lets put it this way, what have you done to fix the terrible support over the past 4 years? 1) Hired more staff? 2) Ensured better response times are met? ... what? Anything? Stop being so demanding. I will pay when i good and ready! Also, the announcement of the discontinuation of the distributor program is a clear indicator of just how money hungry WHMCS has become. Wow, it must be getting expensive to live in the UK. Because they want every cent in their own pockets at full retail. Terrible!!!
