jliu Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 Every time I upgrade WHMCS, whenever a client attempts to pay an invoice with a credit card, they receive the following error: =====BEGIN ERROR===== Checkout As part of our fraud prevention measures, you will now be asked to perform the Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode verification to complete your payment. Do not click the refresh or back button or this transaction may be interrupted or cancelled. =====END ERROR===== It is not possible to perform the Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode because the webpage is then redirected back to the invoice. My merchant account is with CDGCommerce/Quantum Gateway. I upgraded from 5.1.3 to 5.2.1 and this message popped up. I just now upgraded to 5.2.2 and continue to experience this. The past several times this has happened, WHMCS support has had to send me a new 3dsecure.tpl file to replace the one provided in the upgrade. I tried using the latest 3dsecure.tpl file that support provided me but it did not work. Does anyone else experience this? I have already submitted a ticket to WHMCS support but they are exceptionally slow to respond. My shopping cart has effectively been down for two days. wantsomegetsome Posted April 17, 2013 Share Posted April 17, 2013 Same thing started after I upgraded to Version: 5.2.3. I went ahead and turned off 3dsecure in CDGCommerce/Quantum Gateway but SOME clients continue to get that error. Some clients are paying with American Express and still get the error. When I try it using their card, I don't get the error so it is not reproducible by me.
