Anyone using POP ticket retrieval seeing truncated tickets coming in?

We're seeing a steady increase in the number of tickets that get truncated when emailed to us, and I just wonder if anyone else is seeing this? A lot of it seems to be related to apostrophes in contractions--i.e. the client will reply and at the word "don't" the ticket will be truncated and "don" is the last bit we get in the message.


It seems to be getting worse and I'm wondering if this is something about our mail server (SmarterMail Enterprise) or whether other people are also seeing this?
