jaarons
This issue appeared when updating to WHMCS 5.2.1 and comes up on all admin templates. When I view a product for any client, the Server option defaults to "None" no matter what server the product is assigned to. The products are still correctly assigned to the servers, as the numbers via Setup > Servers are all correct. The HTML source for the Products page shows shows that the Servers menu has no "selected" attribute for the correct server. We recently migrated hundreds of accounts to new servers, so it's critical that all support reps be able to see what server any given account is assigned to. Thank you!

jaarons
It appears the issue is because the drop-down menu on the Products screen is using an incremental/loop integer instead of the proper server ID. Due to server moves/retirements/etc., our first server in the tblservers table is ID #4, but the drop-down menu on the products page starts with 0 and counts up. We're going to manually fix this in our database, but I hope for the sake of others affected the issue is resolved quickly.
gamestuff
I also have seen this problem, reported it via a ticket yesterday. A few things i noticed, selecting "None" actually assigned that user to the default server of that product group. Unfortunately because we are fully automated, only the first order is now being assigned automatically, they subsequent orders are not processing because they are not assigning to the proper servers. This is a huge bug for us and hopefully fixed very soon.

gamestuff
I had this fixed via ticket. For anyone who is also having this issue I would suggest opening a ticket until the fix is published.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 14, 2013 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 14, 2013 We now have a hot-fix available for this. Simply upload the attached file to the admin directory and it should take care of it. (This is a 5.2 only issue).
