And can you please check and ensure you have updated your client area templates as the user is not sent a new password by email any more, instead they enter their desired new password direct on the reset page - part of the increased security. leemason Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 i havent opened a ticket yet (too busy sorting my site out because the global $smarty var doesnt exists anymore). but i have uploaded the new tpl file to the theme folder, and read every line in the default theme to compare it to the tpl file in my template and it is all the same. first form submits email. second form submits email as hidden, and key. it does nothing just goes back to the first screen. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
