Accounts not terminated

Hi,

 

I've noticed in my logs that unpaid account's aren't always terminated:

 

21/08/2007 09:00 CRON JOB: Terminate Failed (User ID: 0000000166 - Hosting ID: 0000000268)

 

There doesn't seem to be a problem with the server modules as it is possible to terminate accounts manually using the terminate button within WHMCS.

 

any help would be appreciated.

this happens on our imported accounts - check the username in WHMCS vs the username in the control panel
