Pre-sales contact form how to activate?

I would prefer pre-sales enquiries go to a contact page and not through the ticket system. I see there is a contact.tpl page I assume is for that purpose. How does this get activated?

contact.tpl is for /contact.php

(Demo: http://demo.whmcs.com/contact.php) which is a presales form).

 

I'm unsure if you wanted to use that form or an external one? Probably easier to link to the above form I think as the functionality is already there?

 

To set the email address:

Admin CP -> General Settings -> Change the email in the field: Email Address

First, you need to create your support departments in WHMCS.

 

Then you can go to:

 

Setup > General Settings > Mail > Presales Form Destination > Select the department you want it to go to
