WHMCS Chris
Hello, If there is no reporting data received, and the module debug log simply has Array = ( ) inside of it, this means that WHMCS is unable to successfully connect to your WHM/cPanel server. This could be caused by: Firewall /etc/hosts.allow NAT Routing configuration issues Please ensure that the server you've installed WHMCS on can access your cPanel/WHM installation OUTBOUND, meaning, that even if it's on the same server it's still making an outbound requests.
EricHamby
if my package name is admin... do i need to put just "admin" in whmcs package or "root_admin"? All the firewals have been disabled and its still happening. Could it be a login issue with details? or is that another error?

So if in WHM it is just "package" you would just put "package". If its user_package then you put user_package "I dont remember it doing this before?" -> So this recently started happening? Previous orders worked fine?
WHMCS Chris
Hello, Did you check /etc/hosts.allow, or cPanel's Brute Force Protection? Are you running a NAT environment? Do you have cURL enabled with SSL support? Are you forcing SSL connections to WHM, if so have you ticked "Require SSL" in WHMCS under the server setting?
EricHamby
I disabled brute force and still didnt work. I enabled curl and still nothing. Far has hosts.allow im not sure what to do. Do i put the server ip or website? The site is hosted on the server. Im using the admin account "root", with no password but a access hash. I have did this so many times and never had any issues with it untill now. This is a new install of whm so im sure is something so simple i just cant figure out what.
