elialum Posted August 16, 2013 Author Share Posted August 16, 2013 Hi, The module can open tickets to admins only, but email can be sent to any recipient, so you and/or the client can receive emails when a server is down. Note that you can create your own monitoring plugins to suit your needs, more information here - http://www.jetserver.net/doc/jm/dev/creating-plugins We are mainly using this plugin to automatically reboot servers when they crash.
